4. Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted has been removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must contain the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the appropriate court if outside the United States)
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed material within 10-14 business days, unless we receive notice that the original complainant has filed a lawsuit seeking a court order against you.

5. Repeat Infringers Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, access for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
